Congratulations to the 2005-06 class of the program Lidership of Women in Coffee for the honor of receiving The Better Beans Award granted by the Specialty Coffee Association of Europe, this award honors the product, company, person, concept or entity that has contributed to a noticeable improvement in the quality of coffee worldwide.
The Better Beans Award marks just one of the many goals that these twenty-four women have achieved individually and collectively. Having recently graduated from the year-long program developed by the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI), this women will continue working to improve the quality of coffee and the life of the people that produce it. The board and staff of CQI would like to extend its heartfelt support to these remarkable and inspiring leaders.

Felicidades a la clase 2005-2006 de Mujeres en el programa de Liderazgo de café, por el honor de haber recibido el premio “Better Beans” (Mejores Granos), otorgado por la Asociación Europea de Cafés Especiales “Specialty Coffee Association of Europe”; Este premio honra al producto, compañía, persona, concepto o establecimiento que haya contribuido notablemente con la mejora en la calidad del café alrededor del mundo.
El premio “Better Beans” marca justamente uno de los muchos logros en estos veinticuatro años que han alcanzado, individual o colectivamente Habiéndose graduado recientemente del programa “year-long” desarrollado por el Instituto de Calidad del Café “Coffee Quality Institute”(CQI), las mujeres continuarán trabajando para mejorar la calidad del café y las vidas de las personas que lo producen.
